Drysdale Remedial Therapies is committed to implementing and promoting a Privacy Policy that will ensure the privacy and security of your personal information and abides by the National Privacy Principles.

We will collect, maintain and use your personal information only for the primary purpose of providing you with advice and services.

We may also use your personal information for other purposes related to the primary purpose such as administration, planning, product development and research purposes.

Policy Of Etiquette

When you book an appointment with us, that time is yours and yours alone.

Our therapists are here ready to care for you during the appointment time.‘No shows” and “last-minute” cancellations are starting to have a financial impact on our business.

We are an appointment-only clinic and run on schedule, our staff are available and ready at the commencement of a scheduled treatment time, we are set up, prepped and ready to make your experience an incredible one!

We kindly ask that our time be respected also.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or make a change to your appointment we ask that you do so with 24 hours notice.

Cancellations with 24 hours notice will have no cancellation fee charged.

Cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will have a 50% fee payable on your next appointment.

Late Policy

We will do everything we can to ensure you receive your full treatment time. However, if you arrive late and we have appointments immediately after, your therapist may only be able to offer you your remaining time. In this case, we retain the right to charge the full treatment fee.

We recommend you plan on arriving 5-10 minutes before your appointment time.

COVID Policy

If you are feeling unwell, and with COVID 19 symptoms we ask that you give us as much notice as possible that you are unable to make your appointment.

We appreciate your consideration and making the right decision to not potentially spread the virus. Following the most up to date government restrictions will keep us all safe.

We firstly ask that you see if you can find somebody else who is will that might like to take your appointment. If you are still unable to make your appointment please contact us and we can make arrangements.

A no show for an appointment without any notification will still be charged at 100% of the appointment cost.

We are understanding and if you can contact us as soon as you feel unwell we will be considerate of your situation and make a decision about the fees charged on a case by case basis.
